The book donation was presided over by Prof. Lawrence Adams the Director of the Africa Policy Centre to Ms. Pamela Tumwebaze, the Head of Honours College.
Ms Ekeocha donated the books with an intention of inspiring the scholars to study and research more as they find lasting solutions to African problems while upholding Godly and African values.
“I am hoping and praying that this copy will inspire you all to study and research more as scholars who will find lasting solutions to African problems while upholding Godly and African values.”
– Obianuju Ekeocha
This book reveals a problematic facet of neo-colonialism that is rarely seen or talked about. Drawing from a broad array of well-sourced materials and documents, it tells the story of foreign aid gifts with strings attached, the story of Africa targeted and recolonized by wealthy powerful donors.
I am hoping and praying that this copy will inspire you all to study and research more as scholars who will find lasting solutions to African problems while upholding Godly and African values
